Nancy is responsible for business development, client/project acquisition, geographic expansion activities, and determining how and where each of their industry clients is best serviced within our Construction & Real Estate Industry. She is responsible for firm revenue and working collaboratively to optimize profitability for clients in the Construction & Real Estate Industry. Nancy stays current on technical matters and business objectives related to Construction & Real Estate clients. She works to identify and fill training gaps, identify new service line opportunities, and act as the firm leader for everything related to the Construction & Real Estate Industry.
Nancy specializes in financial statement auditing and consulting related to the real estate and construction industries. She specializes in employee benefit plan audits and serves on the Bonadio Firm Wide Employee Benefit Plan Audit Efficiency Team. Nancy is also a Bonadio Board of Directors member and the Bonadio Audit Committee member. She is passionate about working with businesses and connecting individuals within the community to help them grow and achieve their goals. Before her employment with Bonadio, Nancy was an auditor with KPMG, LLP in Pittsburgh, PA. Nancy was named a finalist for the Athena Young Professional Awards in Buffalo and also named as a Buffalo Business First 40 under 40 for the class of 2018.
Nancy is a major theater geek. Growing up in a musical theater family, she can identify almost any musical with just a few chords. Nancy loves to spend time with her husband and two kids. She spends most of her time watching her son and daughter play many sports and encouraging them to participate in the arts. She is active in the various PTAs (for some reason, she is always treasurer).
