The temperature has risen, and summertime has settled in, which means it’s time for our People to take some well-deserved time off! In addition to our Unlimited Paid Time Off (PTO) Policy, each summer we provide our People with half-day Fridays and a dedicated week-long vacation coinciding with the Fourth of July to honor their hard work throughout the year. Our firmwide closure in July targets one main goal: to REALLY disconnect. No emails, no meetings, just a refreshing, relaxing week surrounded by friends and family.

We’ve loved seeing how our People spent their time out of the office! The fun isn’t over yet, as we have several half-day Fridays left this summer, and our People enjoy an Unlimited PTO Policy and Flexible Work Model year-round.
