At The Bonadio Group, creating an inclusive work environment is crucial for our team members to reach their full potential and deliver outstanding results for our clients and communities. To achieve this, we have established a Council for DE&I, responsible for leading initiatives to promote a diverse and welcoming atmosphere within the company. Our ultimate goal is to ensure everyone feels empowered, valued, respected, and safe while working with us.

At TBG, our Council for DE&I, which is aimed at creating a truly inclusive work environment where all our people can achieve their greatest potential, is made up of four committees:

The Inclusionary is our quarterly DE&I newsletter, which gathers stories, resources, research, and more to help our people better understand and engage with DE&I topics regularly.
