March 2020 to March 2021 was a most unusual time. Like every other industry, credit unions’ attention was directed away from both pre-COVID-19 day-to-day operations and long-term strategic plans. Response to the emergency, focus on health and safety, and emphasis on member service in unusual circumstances drove activities for much of the last year.
