In this session our experts will discuss common pitfalls they have observed over the past six quarters of CECL calculations they have reviewed since adoption, as well as areas for enhancement, including but not limited to CECL Model Governance Activities that should be established. Additionally, they will provide guidance for Directors or Trustees to ensure thoughtful, probing questions are being asked of Management in a way that will help further the Directors and Trustees’ understanding of their institution’s CECL Model.
