Company culture is a term used more and more often to describe the way workplaces create rewarding atmospheres for their employees. Great Place to Work defines it as, “the sum of formal and informal systems and behaviors and values, all of which create an experience for employees and customers.”
At TBG, we know that company culture extends far beyond the four walls of an office. Our People have incredible lives outside of the workplace and deserve to have the time to invest in and pursue the things they value most. To give our hard-working People some well-deserved rest, relaxation, and free time with family and friends, The Bonadio Group closed all of our offices during the week of the July 4th.
This time off, which was a natural extension of our company culture, was intended to provide the opportunity to unwind and unplug. The accounting sphere can be demanding and it’s critical for our teams to have ample opportunity to maximize work-life balance.
