As our Vice President of Learning and Development, Allyson spearheads the implementation of industry-leading learning and development programs focused on technical skills and leadership development to support the firm’s people and growth strategies. She has over 20 years of experience in the field and earned a Master of Human Resource Development from Rochester Institute of Technology. Allyson is dedicated to supporting others in their professional growth and career development.
Allyson loves spending time with her husband and two kids outside of work, reading, traveling, and staying active. She spends most of her time enjoying the music, sports, and school activities her son and daughter are involved in.
