In her role at Bonadio, Cailee works closely with the CHRO and the HR team to implement the HR strategy in support of short and long-term business goals by maximizing Bonadio’s current HR Operations and building for the future. She provides leadership on operational components of mergers and acquisitions, including talent planning, employee onboarding, compensation and benefit analysis and succession planning. Cailee is a trusted advisor to firm leadership and helps achieve firm goals by providing consulting and problem-solving services.
Outside the office, Cailee enjoys spending time with her family, especially her husband, James, and daughter, Charlie. She enjoys cooking and considers herself a “foodie” and never turns down an opportunity to try a new restaurant in Rochester. Cailee is an avid Cleveland Cavaliers fan and would welcome a friendly (or extremely competitive) round of Euchre any day of the week.
