Dave is a member of the firm’s Investment Banking and Transaction Advisory teams, which have closed over $1 billion in M&A transactions. He advises clients on various aspects of M&A transactions, including deal structuring and negotiation, due diligence and quality of earnings, sell-side investment banking projects, and other ancillary transaction support.
Dave enjoys traveling, hiking, golfing, and spending time with his family in his spare time.
