In her role, Heather works closely with all levels of the firm to accelerate Bonadio’s cultural transformation through leadership, differentiated talent models, attracting/developing the best talent, and building an environment of engagement based on Purpose. She creates and oversees the execution of programs and policies that make Bonadio a premier workplace, not just among accounting firms but matching and exceeding the best HR practices of organizations in any industry.
Heather serves on the Board of the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children and is actively engaged in coaching professionals wanting to achieve specific goals personally/professionally. She lives in Rochester, N.Y., where she raises her two children, Jack and Hazel. Together, they enjoy traveling, skiing, and volunteering for various charities. Heather and her children look forward to the Annual Bonadio Halloween Party every year.
