Jeff is Partner for the Advisory Group. Jeff opened our Dallas office in 2018 and served as the Regional Managing Partner through 2023. In addition to maintaining our Firm’s culture amongst the professionals in the region, Jeff focuses his attention on client relationships and is responsible for the Firm’s growth initiative.
Jeff has over 30 years of experience, including six with Big 4 firms. Jeff, an auditor by trade, has an extensive tax background and has worked with numerous private equity groups and their portfolio companies, from the letter of intent through the issuance of audited financial statements and tax returns. Jeff leads the due diligence and quality of earnings process in connection with mergers and acquisitions. Further, Jeff advises closely held businesses and their owners in the development and execution of tax planning strategies. Jeff’s clients are concentrated in the manufacturing, distribution, construction, real estate, and healthcare services industries.
Outside of work, Jeff enjoys golfing and traveling to tropical locations.
