As our Director, Benefits, Kaitlyn works with insurance carriers and vendors to implement comprehensive benefit programs that balance the firm’s goals and meet the needs of our people. This includes the firm’s 401(k) and profit-sharing plan, Leave policies, Cafeteria plans, and additional Voluntary Benefits. She has experience as an insurance broker, TPA and Affordable Care Act consultant. Kaitlyn is passionate about educating individuals on how to maximize their benefits.
Kaitlyn loves to read, garden, and spend time with her family and friends (including her dog). She is also an avid runner and enjoys getting outdoors to experience new sights.
