Director of Administrative Operations

As Director of Administrative Operations, Kelly oversees the implementation of administrative policies and procedures. She works closely with department managers to enhance productivity and maintain organizational standards, resulting in a high level of customer service and coordination. She is responsible for streamlining operations, managing facilities, and optimally utilizing resources. She has been in the accounting industry for 29 years, working for The Bonadio Group since 2007. She is a Certified Associate in Project Management and holds a Public Accounting Firm Manager accreditation from the CPAFMA.

A native of Buffalo, Kelly enjoys traveling, spending time with family, and supporting their careers, businesses, and community associations when not working. She is a former board member of BNHRA and The Rotary Club of Buffalo Mentor Program, working with needy children.
