As Chief Growth Officer, Michael develops and maintains an integrated growth culture and infrastructure across all businesses. He optimizes firm resources through aligned integration of geographic, industry, and service line segments. He also prioritizes and guides the go-to-market efforts, sales, communication, and client experience to drive efficient outcomes. Facilitating and enabling transformation, Michael is charged with overall business development, including identifying gaps in the business or capabilities portfolios. Additionally, he is a member of the firm’s Management Committee and Board of Directors.
Michael received a B.A. in English Literature from the University of Rochester in 1999 and a Master of Business Administration with concentrations in finance and corporate accounting from the Simon School of Business at the University of Rochester in 2004.
Michael enjoys reading, landscaping, and spending time with his family when he is not in the office.
