As Managing Partner of the NYC Region and Remote Team, Terry’s primary objective is to uphold and promote the firm’s culture and oversee NYC community and regional client activities. Terry works with the regional firm leaders to assist in people matters; he ensures active participation by all employees in mentoring programs and ensures regional Partners participate in firmwide, regional office, and Partner Unit culture activities.
Terry prides himself on the client relationships he has grown and strengthened over the last 16 years in the industry. Terry created a client base when he first started by convincing his friends to allow him to do their tax returns. Today, while he still does all of their returns, he has significantly expanded his portfolio with expertise in technology start-ups, cryptocurrency, entertainment, and individual tax preparation.
Additionally, Terry leads the Bonadio Digital Asset Practice, which he sees as a fascinating growth area for the firm.
Some of Terry’s personal interests include seeing live music (name a city in the US, and chances are Terry has seen a concert there) and hikes with his family and dog. He recently moved to Hastings in Hudson, NY, with his wife, Stephanie, son, Wyatt, and dog, Norman.
