Tom is the Director of Business Development for Bonadio’s Outsource Accounting & Finance (OSAF) Team and has been with the group almost since its inception. Tom is responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, helping to forge & manage strategic partnerships, and developing long-term client relationships. Tom works closely with senior leadership to align business development strategies with the overall goals of OSAF, leveraging the group’s deep understanding of accounting finance & advancing technology to tailor solutions that fit clients’ needs. Additionally, as the Director of Business Development, Tom oversees the Sales pipeline, collaborates in marketing efforts, and plays a crucial role in shaping the firm’s market presence in outsourced accounting services, ensuring the firm’s continued success in a competitive landscape.
Tom graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a minor in Finance from SUNY Brockport. After receiving accounting training at Arthur Andersen in Tax and Audit and Heveron CPAs, he transitioned to Entrepreneurship. He founded a startup, effectively growing and eventually selling the business in 2017 after multiple years making the Inc.5000 fastest growing companies list. This experience makes for a commonplace when helping onboard new clients, having navigated through the similar challenges and goals of developing a healthy business.
Outside the office, Tom enjoys spending time with his wife Jennifer and their three adult-aged children, Joshua, Jacob, and Grace, and he attempts to play golf every now and again!
