Wendy is a partner in the firm’s Tax division. She has over 25 years of experience providing tax compliance, consulting, and planning strategies to multi-state consolidated corporate and large flow-through clients in the manufacturing, technology, real estate, and service industries. Additional areas of expertise include tax credits and incentives and U.S. taxation of foreign transactions and operations, including ASC 740.
She is involved in various community and service organizations. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family doing active outdoor activities.
